Re: My FOR's That's funny Paul... ...I know exactly what you mean about being the proud owner of ORs. Unfortunately my 1st pair of babies died during that hard freeze around the 1st of June... Hopefully they have another nest this summer. I let them out to play in the morning and enjoy their aerial air show. After 2 hours they're ready to trap in. Are you letting them out on their own after 2 weeks jail time Paul? I kept mine in 8 weeks. Hate to think I wasted 6 weeks flying time... It seems there is something to learn nearly everyday with these birds. No problem though, it's an enjoyable learning curve...
Re: My FOR's The young were 6 days old. I have a younger pair of birds , 09s. They did not want to fly this morning, so i checked up on them, and they were in a nest box. Maybe I have 2 pair of breeders, I hope.
