Click the "Embed YouTube" Button.
Copy and paste the YouTube ID of the video you wish to post in the script box that pops up.
The YouTube ID is the letters that come after the = in the video's URL. For example one of my video's URL is: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ShP-buYfH_Q The YouTube ID for that video is: ShP-buYfH_Q
