Mentoring
If you are new to orientals you should ask for one on one mentoring. Perhaps the seler can mentor or conect you with a mentor. To succes it is requred 10% talent and 90% work. So if aqure 100% good bird it is just 10% of the way. Unles there is fail safe thing available.

Dang those kid things,eh.Yeah our economy is thriving especially out west here and the universal health care is something we take for granted.Sure we may have to wait for some things but when you have an emergency whether you are rich or poor you are helped out with the best of care right now no questions asked,FREE basically.Hopefully Barack will get you folks down south there something similar with a little support from the reluctant right.It is not communism but simply looking after everyone.Take care of those kids first,but change is a good thing too!
