Something about so called Nelson's birds.Those are the best birds to start with.But you have to know a loot(or try to learn) about OR-s to be able to get the best out of (German show birds).Germany is the country where this breed has been finalized to the standard and stage real OR-s look like and perform.What do we call the other strains from Germany if those are called show birds?

We call them Fehrholz birds.
I wouldn't call your birds German show birds anymore because you took them and worked them and culled them hard for many years to bring the performance back. When you got them from Nelson, they were originally German show birds but now they are Amir's strain of flying/performing Oriental Rollers. Congratulations! You did a good job!
