 Someone prove that Freddy is American......NO hes not
for christ sake freddy adu is Ghanian GHANIAN he was born there and moved over to the US at age 9 or something, so the Americans can say hes American all they want, and he can play for america but hes Ghanian. Its the same story as Shakka Hislop, he was born in London, England and Moved to Trinidad & Tobago when He was a child, and even though he Plays for Trinidad now, he did actually have a U21s game for England and was on the bench for a senior squad game, but even HE admits hes English, even though he moved to Trinidad as a child, He plays for Trinidad and speaks like hes from Trinidad.

Yes he is from Ghana but technically the U.S. can say he is American because he chose to recieve a US citizenship and that means he has a dual citizenship between the two countries. I am not saying that we should all call him American I am just saying it wouldn't actually be wrong if we did.

Awrite guy's i hve been followings adufor yeas now yes he is from ghana butalso american becaus he has lived there for ove 5years he hs the wrte to apply for citizenship witch he done but he was born in ghana dual nationality
