american football is a total joke, and english football is much better, america have rubbish players and rubbish teams, and have hardly any financial backing.

im not going to deny the fact that we arn't good but what is the deal with the personal attacks about it??? WE NEVER ONCE COMPAIRED US TO EUROPES SOCCER leagues! but as we said soooooo many time SOCCER IS NOT BIG AT ALL HERE!!! people just waste there time playing football,basketball, and baseball. SO enought with the insultes about us sucking because WE KNOW. at least tell us somthing we dont' know!!!?

Everton, If you werent so pig-headed then you'd actually sit down and watch the MSL league and see its actually good. Its a real breeding ground some major talent. Fair enough it hasnt got the money like the premiership has but who cares?...players in MSL arent so greedy....big woop, More the pitty for us premiership fan.
Bet the season tickets in MSL are dirt cheap.

everton fan can not talk about american soccer everton are **** , i was in america in the summer and i see the D.C united game against chelsea and it was a good game freddy adu played really well making the older chelsea players (english internationals) look like non league players . i for 1 cant see it long before freddy is playing in the premiership good luck to the boy.

Its not about the standard of football/soccer that makes a league great. If there are 30,000 people in an american stadium who come away entertained after watching a poor game. And back in England i was to watch my team (Bolton Wanderers) play well but come out with the other 29,999 fans disapointed. Then the American football/soccer game was more successful. Our English league may be higher in quality of play and flourishing in talent but if over in America football/soccer is found to be more entertaining then they have the more successful league. Ameriacan football is not a joke, the people who diss American football purely because theyve got used to watching English football are jokes. And Mr Everton, you surely must take my opinion seriously. After all, i am from Bolton (in England)

the fact of the matter is that the american league sucks donkey **** in terms of quality. players dont stay in the mls cos their not greedy its cos they hav no choice. any american in the mls wud jump at the chance to play in the premiership in front of 75000 fans at old trafford earnin big wods of money. america is to money obsessed for football cos u need commercial breaks evry 5 minutes. but im sure someday you'll find a way to take over our game

I believe your correct. American futbol is rubbish. The problem is no one in American really cares about futbol so no one really cares if English soccer is better or not. I believe the people who attend the attend the MLS games either have gotten free tickets or are just bored and have nothing else to do..So your argument is good if anyone cared... The truth is, most Americans think futbol is a joke...
