Ele/Derv Twister of Death
As Bill had mentioned this idea, I looked into it. Sure would like to try this in Team Arena.
Wind Prayers: 12
Energy Storage: 12+1+3
Earth Prayers: remainder
Aura of Thorns [5/.75/12] CH3 (Enchantment Spell) All nearby foes are Crippled for 4..9 [10] seconds. For 30 seconds, this Enchantment does nothing. When this Enchantment ends, all nearby foes begin Bleeding for 5..13 [15] seconds.
Dust Cloak [10/.75/15] CH3 (Enchantment Spell) All adjacent foes are struck for 20..68 [84] earth damage. For 30 seconds, your attacks deal earth damage. When this Enchantment ends, all adjacent foes are Blinded for 1..4 [5] seconds.
Mystic Regeneration [10/.25/5] CH3 (Enchantment Spell) For 20 seconds, you have +(1..3 [4]) Health regeneration for each Enchantment on you.
Grenth's Fingers [10/.75/15] CH3 (Enchantment Spell) All adjacent foes are struck for 20..68 [84] cold damage. For 30 seconds, your attacks deal cold damage. When this Enchantment ends, all adjacent foes are Crippled for 4..9 [10] seconds.
Glyph of Renewal [5/1/15] CH1 ELITE (Glyph) For 15 seconds, your next Spell instantly recharges.
Mystic Twister [10/.75/12] CH3 (Spell) For each Enchantment on you, 1 foe in the area is struck for 30..106 [131] cold damage (the same foe cannot be hit more than once).
Resurrection Signet [0/3/-] (Signet) Resurrect target party member. That party member is returned to life with 100% Health and 25% Energy. You may only use this Signet ring once per mission.
Dwayna's Touch [5/.75/2] CH3 (Spell) Target touched ally is healed for 15..51 [63] Health for each Enchantment on you (maximum 150).
This does 106 damage to each of 4 opponents in the area. this can be done twice in a row with the use of Glyph of Renewal.
With 4 copies of this build on a team, that is 424 twice.
Also using the 10% faster recharge for any skill items, with Energy Storage as the attribute.

whoa, that looks pretty nasty!
I'm game. Just have to unlock some derv skills though.
Although I might want to make it 14 (12+1+1) for energy storage. Wouldn't it be better to have the extra 75 health instead of the extra 8 energy?

I would think three of these with a Prot monk in case you someone that is stripping enchanments would be a good way to go....The prot monk could be used for putting some addtional enchants like Ageis, and some maintain enchantments.

I want to make sure I understand this correctly. Mystic Twister does 106 dmg to one character in the area per enchantment active.
You put up your four enchantments, run into the area wheer the enemy is, and fire off MT.
In the ideal situation, where all 4 opponents are "in the area" of all four Dervishes, each Dervish would hit each opponent for 106, not counting the damage done by Aura of Thorns, Dust Cloak and Grenth's Fingers.
This looks too good to be true.
Maybe a pair or these on our front lines for GvG?
Anyway, I'd certainly be interested in putting together a team of 4 of these for TA sometime soon.

I put together this character (had to buy 2 of the skills...) and then went into RA. I can see where a few of these on 1 target would be painful (for the target). One problem I had was getting people to clump up to take advantage of the multiple enchantments.

I was thinking about this and I think it would only work well in TA with a full derv team and they would need to work in a tight formation. You would still have some issues from ranged oppponents and getting a monk to stop long enough to fire this off would be a problem but could be moderately effective.
