Fun in RA....
Well, for the first time in a long time I actually had a lot of fun in RA last night.
It really was a nice change of pace from the usual monks with resurrect, warriors with firestorm, and wamos with more monk than warrior skills on their bar. Heck, I even saw a W/N with Animate Flesh Golem as his elite... wtf? That plus the usual asinine comments in chat has had me ask myself more than once, "why am I here?"
Anyway, I was playing a degen ranger (poison arrow + barbed), and got teamed with a thumper and 2 touchers. 4 Rangers!
I really thought it would be another one-and-done deal. But we went on a good run, beat several teams with a monk on them, and we teamed up again in TA. I even got my first glad point out of TA.
We're planning on giving it another run tonight too.
I was considering recruiting them, but given the current lackluster state of our home, I'm not sure it's worth it. (plus I'm pretty sure all of them are already in guilds)
But who knows. I'll talk more with them tonight and see if there's any interest.

There good times to be had there.
"Friends List" is also handy feature.
(Would be even better if you could create your own groupings in the List.)

We had fun in PvE last night trying to vanquish Jahai Bluffs. We were down to just 40-60 Kournans holed up around the Fortress in the corner, but we were down 2 people and really did not have a strong enough build to withstand their damage while killing them. Still it was a lot of fun to have 5 guildies on and working together. We did roll through quite a bit of the area and did pretty well. Those Kournans though are tough.
