I usually have around 45. I do not run the tat set, but that is because I do not like the looks.
I run a wand that has 18% fast cast time on healing prayers, and an icon that has 12 Energy, 20% fast cast, 20% fast recharge.

I hate the way it looks too. I usually don't care too much about how armor looks as long as it gets the job done, but OMG that armor is so ugly! Makes me feel self conscious! Image

I know that's silly, but it does. Haven't hated armor this bad since the days of UO about 8 or so years ago and had to wear Bone armor that made you look like a walking skelly.Image
