uber staff of destruction
Well ok, maybe not uber, but certainly the strongest staff I've ever seen.
I've taken down warriors and sins head to head in RA, with just a staff!

Fire Magic: 12
- Spirit's Strength [Elite] (Spawning Power)
For 60 seconds, your attacks deal 35 more damage while under the effects of a weapon Spell.
Energy:5 Cast:1 Recharge:30
- Conjure Flame (Fire Magic)
For 60 seconds, if you're wielding a fire weapon, your attacks strike for an additional 19 fire damage.
Energy:10 Cast:1 Recharge:45
- Fire Attunement (Fire Magic)
For 55 seconds, you are attuned to Fire. You gain 1 Energy plus 30% of the base Energy cost of the skill whenever you use Fire Magic.
Energy:10 Cast:2 Recharge:45
- Vital Weapon (Communing)
For 29 seconds, target ally has a Vital Weapon and has +103 maximum health.
Energy:5 Cast:1 Recharge:2
- Mark of Rodgort (Fire Magic)
Target foe and all adjacents foes are Hexed with Mark of Rodgort. For 30 seconds, whenever each foe is struck for fire damage, that foe is set on fire for 3 seconds.

- Flame Djinn's Haste (Fire Magic)
All adjacent foes are struck for 99 fire damage. For 17 seconds, you move 33% faster.

- Fire Storm (Fire Magic)
Create a Fire Storm at target foe's location. For 10 seconds, foes adjacent to that location are struck for 29 fire damage each second.
Energy:10 Cast:2 Recharge:30
- Resurrection Signet ()
Resurrect target party member. That party member is returned to life with 100% Health and 25% Energy. You may use this Signet only once per mission.
Energy:0 Cast:3 Recharge:0
It takes some time to prep, but they last so long you just do it before before even getting close to engaging.
Basic strat is prep with the first 4 skills, pick a target and cast Rodgorts, then just wand until done. Against a caster, it usually only takes 5-6 hits to take them down.
Your wand will do 70-80 per hit against 60AL. Plus inflict burning with each hit.
Fire Attunement is basically a cover enchant, but it also help with e-management for recasting Rodgorts on other targets.
SDH is for some damage to melee, and to give you a chance to escape if necessary.
I put Fire Storm in there for the occasional spirit spammer, but that could be a flex spot.
Another variation, with more self preservation for RA:
Switch communing with restoration, and swap out Vital Weapon and Fire Storm for
- Resilient Weapon (Restoration Magic)
For 12 seconds, target ally has a Resilient Weapon. while suffering from a Hex or Condition, that ally gains +3 Health regeneration and +24 armor .
Energy:10 Cast:1 Recharge:4
and
- Wielder's Boon (Restoration Magic)
Heal target ally for 36 points. If that ally is under the effects of a "Weapon Spell," Wielder's Boon heals for an additional 43 Health.
Energy:5 Cast:1 Recharge:4
The downside is the shorter weapon skill duration, so you have to pay more attention to keeping that up.
I'd really like to try a team of 3 of these and a monk in TA.

I also recommend the +10 armor while enchanted insignias and +15% damage while enchanted inscription, since you're always enchanted.
