Those are all good points you brought up, especially what is quoted, that needed to be said.
Definitely should not be the primary skill used by the Rit, mainly for helping keep blinds off the Warriors and Concussion off the monks. Lastly to keep the RC Monk from getting stacked when they try to take him out. It does provide another means of the Rit to remove conditions while a Spirit is not up. If the RC Monk is around its better to let him handle things unless we are getting a lot of Pressure or he calls out Energy issues. I think if used properly its a great skill to add to the build and provides excellent protection to the RC monk as he is the only one in the group that is weak to a condition stack.
Pulling Concussion off the Monks is the main reason I like it though.
