Destroy target Spirit and create a level 1...8 Spirit of Fury. This Spirit's attacks deal 5...17 damage. This Spirit dies after 30...54 seconds.
Bloodsong Binding Ritual. 5/3/30
Create a level 1...7 Spirit who dies after 30...126 seconds. Attacks by that Spirit steal up to 5...21 Health.

Create a level 1...7 Spirit. This Spirit's attacks deal 5...25 damage. This Spirit dies after 30...126 seconds.
Shadowsong Binding Ritual. 15/5/45
Create a level 1...5 Spirit. The Spirit's attacks cause Blindness for 1...5 second[s]. This Spirit dies after 30 seconds.
Cast Boon of Creation and Ritual Lord followed by Destruction which is replaced with Gaze of Fury.
Pain, Bloodsong, and Destruction are net zero energy with Boon up. Shadowsong and Anguish give a total of 6 spirits up at the same time (counting the Fury) for nice little "turrent farm".
With Boon up, replace Pain, Bloodsong, and Destruction as soon as they recharge for free healing.

As long as you're using Anguish I'd love to see Painful Bond in there too, but eh.
If you're not planning on it, I'd suggest take out Anguish for say, Shadowsong. Shadowsong deals damage as well as blinds.
Just my two cents.  Everytime I bring my Rit into AvA I seem to get undue attention from Assassins. Blind is your friend.
Also why I tend to bring Spirit's Gift. Healing and Condition Removal. But I'm not sure where you'd fit it other than where Ritual Lord is.

I think this works best with 2 rits so you can each have 15 in Channel and Commun respectively. Also allows you options for other skills and more spirits. Painful bond being at the top of the list.
Also casting Gaze of Fury on Enemy spirits is the most fun.
