Allows attacks to get through blocking, removes conditions, and adds significant damage output to the front line.
Although it has no healing support like the current rit build we're running.

Re: Weapon Smiter (GvG) Just want to have conditions and hexes to cover the important ones which are fire and MoR. Probably a couple shadow prison Sins would work best. Gee this build is starting to sound familiar :P
