Guild Wars changes
Some that I have noticed and liked:
AB faction is expanded based on achievments. I can now hold up to 34k Luxon faction.
Zaishen Challenge quests. Each day you can have quests which give bonus faction, exp, and zaishen coins. The coins are used to craft special items.

You have equipment packs for gear that you have which is customized (ie multiple weapon sets, armor):
