Defender of Ascalon
Just wanted to let people know that Val and I are trying for the Defender of Ascalon title. We both started a new character last week and should be able to death level while we are supposed to be working. Wish us luck. I know you will all be jealous when we go through the searing at lvl 20.

Well, we work for a living, and... um... we have computers on our desks that we can leave on for hours while we do work and, well, we will get payed either way

Good luck with the title. I know Drake was going for this a while back, but not sure if he is still pursuing it. I thought about doing it, but the more I read about it the more I did not want to go through with it. It was hard enough on me to death level a pet for a dire pet.

Oh, I'm still working on it. Very slowly. I don't put in anywhere near the time I should if I was really going for it.
And I can't just leave the computer running Guild Wars because my roomate always closes it out.
So it ends up I run a Death Leveling attempt maybe... once a month on average. Was more before Eye of the North came out. Probably will be more as I complete other titles I'm working on.

Well, I got Olaf of Ascalon to lvl 19 death leveling Charr yesterday, so I did all the pre-searing quests and I am at 80% to lvl 20. The end is in sight and approaching on 9 months .

Going for this title is what kept me from playing video games all day all summer when I was not teaching. I couple play for a half hour or so to set up the death level then I would have to do other things.
