So just what is Heroes Etc...?
Heroes Etc... was founded primarily because there seemed to be a lack of guilds in the Guild Wars universe that offered fellowship and comeraderie without requiring large amounts of a member's time, adherence to strict rules, or an ungainly governance structure.
Based on a philosophy of respect and acceptance, Heroes Etc... strives to provide a place for gamers of all types so long as their actions are not at odds with our goals and ideals. We welcome any who choose to become a Hero, so long as they can meet the expectations set forth in the philosophy.
Our primary goal is simple- Have Fun. To ensure that we, as a guild, have created an enviroment where such an attitude can be easily fostered, we do have some basic rules of conduct which ask for fair play, a sense of community, and courtesy and respect towards all. These form the very basis for what makes someone a Hero.
There is a Hero in all of us. At Heroes Etc... we give that Hero a chance to find a community where they will feel welcome.
