Insignias

Can someone clearafy for me how insignias work? Does having one on a piece of armor only affect that piece or all of your armor.

For example, the Dervish Windwalker (Armor +5 while affected by 1 or more Enchantment Spell, Armor +5 while affected by 2 or more Enchantment Spells, Armor +5 while affected by 3 or more Enchantment Spells)

If you have the wind walker on 4 pieces of armor do you get armor +20 with one enchantment, etc.?

And the Forsaken insignias is Armor +10 when not enchanted. Can you use 4 of them and get a +40 bonus?

That way, when you criticize them you're a mile away and you have their shoes.

http://forums.gwonline.net/showthread.php?t=429890&highlight=insignia

This thread explains somewhat how insignias work.

A synopsis of whatI have managed to learn while reading forums for the last hour...

Health and Energy Insignias will stack their effects if you add more than one to your set of armor (multiple insignias across multiple pieces of armor)

Armor bonuses apply only to the armor piece that they are applied to.

Condition duration reduction effects are global.

Insignias can be added to armor that already has a rune.

You should clarify Boss Man. When you say "Global" you mean you only get the effect once regardles of how many insignias you put on, right? Like it was (though I heard it was changed) for Knight's armor?

Yes, you can have 1 rune and 1 insignia on each piece of armor. My warrior currently has Radiant Insignias on all pieces of armor as well as a mix of runes.

The runes of clarity and such effect your person and not just the armor piece they are attached to. It is similar to a shield with the effect of reducing crippled. The shield's effect works for your entire body and not just attacks vs. the shield.

As I understand though the Shield gives you protection over the whole body with all it's effects (Including its armor), it's not a piece of armor that can be 'hit'. emoticon

A shield gives you protection on attacks coming from the front 160 degrees or so.
