Warrior/Necro Spinal-Shivers

Here's a pretty nice build. Its best as part of an 8-man team, but I had some luck with it in 4-man arenas as well:

Attributes:
Curses - 11
Axe Mastery - 14 (with a sup axe rune)
Strength - remaining points + minor rune

Skills:
1) Executioners strike
2) Dismember
3) Axe Rake
4) Warriors Cunning
5) Warriors Endurance [elite]
6) Sprint
7) Spinal Shivers
8) Res sig

Items:
- Icy Axe Haft (I use fortitude as well)
- Grim Cesta

In your off hand, have another icy axe and the grim cesta that has additional +12 or so energy and -1 energy regen...just in case you're running low while you've got spinal shivers on somebody.

Use the axe mastery helmet, knights gloves, and glads for everything else, this will give you a base of 38 energy, with some extra in reserve on your off-hand cesta.

Basically, you just drop spinal shivers on a caster, then hit warrior's endurance. For every interuption you'll lose 6 energy, but for every hit you'll gain 3 energy while warriors endurance is in effect. Generally you can drop a monk this way before warrior's endurance ends. Chances are that you'll still have at least half your energy left even after taking out a healer.

Warriors cunning is there in case you get blinded or if the target has a stance or ward that causes you to miss with your hits.

With three of these running in an 8-man team you can take out 3 monks fairly quickly. The weakness is that they have basically no defense or self-healing...but most people won't attack you anyway.
