This is the build used for knockdowns to support a spike in a team build.
With two minor modifications, it can be used quite effectively in RA or AB.
Drop the Sin secondary and switch Expose Defenses and Shadow Prison for Magehunter's Smash and Lion's Comfort. Raise Hammer to 16 and put the extra 3 points in tactics.
In either version of the build, the key is to go into combat with Enraging Charge active. It will net you enough energy to immediately use Flail, increasing your attack speed enough to get a knockdown on target before Shadow Prison allows them to escape. You will also have applied Weakness and a Deep Wound.
The build isn't intended to kill as much as it is to disrupt, but when unchecked, it can indeed kill with some efficicency.
