Grasping Axe
I messed around with this build a bit in randoms and found it to be serviceable. It was hard to gauge it's overall effectivenss due to the dearth of healers and blind remvoers in RA tonight, but it seems to work well for it's puropse- deal damage and keep the target nearby...
Axe- 13 (11+2)
Strength- 13 (12+1)
Earth 6
Frenzy
Eviscerate (could be swapped with Cleave if someone else is regularly applying Deep Wound)
Executioner's Strike
Disrupting Chop
Bull's Strike
Grasping Earth
Sprint
Res Sig
This build actually retains both of the damage dealing skills of the original. It removes the Hex removal and Blind removal- hopefully the monks can keep up with the Blinding. Hexes seem to be less frequent lately for some reason, at least on the warriors.
Adding Grasping Earth is a huge benefit to slowing the targets. It will really help all of our frontline keep up with our targets.
Disrupting Chop is something I've been wanting to put into the build for a long time. Critical interupts can make a big difference.
Bull's Strike helps knock a target down long enough to catch them in the area of Grasping.

Re: Grasping Axe
I'd still like to see a cripple skill in there on one of the Warriors. Originally I was thinking the Sword Warrior would change up and you would have the Axe Warrior still with Rake.
I was thinking this for the Sword Warrior, I think Sun and Moon Slash will more damage to the build as well.
Frenzy
Sever Artery
Gash
Dragon Slash [Elite]
Sun and Moon Slash
Grasping Earth
Sprint
Resurrection Signet
But I guess you could go this route too if the axe is doing grasping:
Frenzy
Crippling Slash [Elite]
Gash
Sun and Moon Slash
Sprint
Mending Touch
Smite Hex
Resurrection Signet

Re: Grasping Axe
The way I've been looking at it- if a hex can do the same (or close to it) as a condition, then the hex is the better alternative simply because it is much more difficult to remove.
As for which Warrior get's Grasping, it really doesn't matter IMO, as long as it works in the context of the rest of the build. I would highly, highly recommend that the Grasping warrior brings Bull's Strike. I found that when a target is trying to get away, they can quite easily be out of range of Grasping by the time it's cast is over.
