Re: Ice Warden - GvG Build
Just had an idea.
What about one of the warriors in the build carrying Flesh of my Flesh as a hard rez, and using either Endure Pain or Signet of Stamina prior to casting the rez.
Assuming decent strength(9+), you'll get a 200+ hit point boost. So the rezee will come back with significantly more HP, and the caster won't be as vulnerable after the attack.

Re: Ice Warden - GvG Build
It's a good idea generally. Flesh is what I use when my warriors need hard rez skills. Also because unlike, just about every other Ressurection skill, it only costs 5 energy. Thus even if you get DPed to -60% you can still use it. And since warriors are so low on the target Priority list you should be able to be near max health when you use it. Presuming you don't go into Superior Runes (Other than Vigor and Absorption) you should be giving your target 240 HP at least, 340 with a boost from Endure Pain. That's pretty far out of danger range, well, unless running against a good spike.
Oh, and Boss Man. You won't gain any DP if someone kills you right after you ressurect. You need to be alive for something like 15-20 seconds before dying will give you another Death Penalty.

Re: Ice Warden - GvG Build
This is just me thinking but...
Warrior at 500 health, takes damage down to 400 health, uses Endure Pain for +200 health, uses Flesh of My Flesh and rez's someone with 300 health, leaves himself with 300 health.
Now, here comes the fun... The warrior takes another 100 points of damage, health now at 200... Endure expires... now what?
Incidentally, I used Flesh on the Ice Warden in RA, and frankly, I learned that the skill has no business on a RA team. But... with proper monkage, and the ability to forewarn the monks, I think we could do just fine with it.

Re: Ice Warden - GvG Build
Then the monk hits them with Ressurection Signet?
I'm not sure if the warriors will be taking damage. I mean, I guess they might. But unless the warrior is something like the key to a Smite Ball build, or maybe some really serious knockdown or headbutt/plague touch warrior or the like (And thus gets "Get this warrior off my ass!" target calls), will they even have anyone sending fire their way?

Re: Ice Warden - GvG Build
Yeah, they certainly do take a pounding. One of the more effective ways to beat your enemies is to remove their ability to do damage. Sometimes thats with blind and the like, but it's also just as, if not more, effective to simply kill the damage dealers outright. And since 1/2 or 2/3 of our damage is from warriors...
