But I can tell you it isn't. it's like Meteor. It drops down.
And it's like Meteor in so far that if you have enough speed you can Dodge the drop. Normal running speed isn't enough. You need a 33% or more speed boost.
*shrug* Used it a lot with my Nightfall Ele. I've managed to use it around corners and behind walls.
But the Arc Lightning is probably the better choice anyway.
