Remedy Signet [0/1/4] CH3 (Signet) You lose 1 Condition.
Wearying Spear [3A/-/-] CH3 (Spear Attack) If this attack hits, you deal +(10..34 [42]) damage. You are Weakened for 20 seconds.
Barbed Spear [3A/-/-] CH3 (Spear Attack) If this attack hits, your target begins Bleeding for 5..13 [16] seconds.

The Necro skills keep you alive and the Spear skills mean that energy is not as critical.
I've had good luck with it, hope others will to. A little different from "The Flavor of the Month".

Swapping this for the Rez Sig in AvA (AB) works Very well.
So either way, for 5 energy and 5% health, you will hurt the target for up to 53 dmg, and can do it every 3 seconds... Not an awesome bang for your buck, but an excellent "utility" type of attack. And if you use it on attacking characters, the sacrifice is covered by the life steal.
