Ne/Me Hex Overload
Necro/Mes Hex Overload build
Curses: 16
Illusion: 11
other skills as wanted
Soul Barbs (Hex Spell) [10/2/20] For 30 seconds, target foe takes 15..27 [31] damage when an Enchantment or Hex is cast on that target
Recurring Insecurity ELITE (Hex Spell) [10/1/25] For 1..8 [10] seconds, target foe suffers from -(1..3 [3]) Health degeneration. If that foe is Hexed again, Recurring Insecurity is reapplied.
Parasitic Bond (Hex Spell) [5/1/2] For 20 seconds, target foe suffers -1 Health degeneration. The caster is healed for 30..102 [126] Health when Parasitic Bond ends
Mind Wrack (Hex Spell) [5/1/5] For 20 seconds, the next time target foe's Energy drops to zero, that foe takes 15..75 [95] damage
Wastrel's Worry (Hex Spell) [5/.025/1] After 3 seconds, target foe takes 8..53 [68] damage. Wastrel's Worry ends prematurely if that foe uses a skill
Parasitic Bond, Mind Wrack, or BOTH are used as cover hexes, (plus they can damage.) Parasitic Bond is better because it is also a self heal.
Casting Wastrel's Worry is the main damage dealing spell. Not from the damage it does, but from activating Soul Barbs and Recurring Insecurity quickly. (It is also a good way to get rid of Hex Breaker on the target.)
The build is based on 3 skills plus one other. Soul Barbs & Recurring Insecurity are the critical ones with Wastrel's Worry as the trigger spell.
==
The build has to keep an eye on energy so I used the following:
Inspiration: 6
Drain Enchantment (Spell) [10/1/25] Remove an Enchantment from target foe. If an Enchantment is removed, you gain 10..20 [23] Energy
Inspired Hex (Spell) [5/1/20] Remove a Hex from target ally and gain 3..13 [16] Energy. For 20 seconds, Inspired Hex is replaced with the Hex that was removed.
Though it is tempting to use the hex gained by Inspired Hex, it is usually not worth the energy or time, unless your own combo has been beaten or is recharging.
For equipment, I suggest the energy tattoos and the Curse recharge items.

Re: Ne/Me Hex Overload
Very nice build...can't wait to try it out. I'd add that people should be careful not to spam Wastrel's more than once every 3 seconds. It is tempting to keep putting it on with these types of builds because of the fast recharge, but you won't get the full benefit unless it ends...and you may run into energy problems a little bit if you use it every second instead of every 3-4 seconds.

Re: Ne/Me Hex Overload
The point of using Wastrel's isn't for the damage the skill itself dos, but the damage that applying another hex onto a target covered with Soul Barbs and Recurring Insecurity.
By waiting for Wastrel's to trigger, you would add the necessity of another Hex to the build to maintain the damage output and get the additional damage of Wastrel.
