Life Siphon (Hex Spell) For 12..22 [25] seconds, target foe suffers -(1..3 [3]) Health degeneration, and you gain +(1..3 [3]) Health regeneration. 10/2 sec./2 sec.
Shadow Strike(Spell) Target foe takes 12..41 [50] shadow damage. If that foe's Health is above 50%, you steal up to 12..41 [50] Health. 10/2 sec./8 sec.
Lifebane Strike (Spell) Target foe takes 12..41 [50] shadow damage. If that foe's Health is above 50%, you steal up to 12..41 [50] Health. 10/2 sec./8 sec.
Vampiric Gaze(Spell) Steal up to 18..52 [63] Health from target foe. 10/1 sec. /5 sec.
Dark Pact(Spell) Sacrifice up to 10% Health and deal 10..40 [51] shadow damage to target foe. 5/1 sec./2 sec.
Mend Body and Soul CH2 (Spell) Target ally is healed for 10..70 [90] Health. That ally loses one Condition for each allied Spirit in your area. 5/0.75 sec./3 sec.
Basicly fire off left to right.
Once you kill the healers (if any) you can kite the rest and let Rotting Flesh finish them off.
Shadow Strike and Lifebane Strike get your target down to killing range rather quickly.
I usually save Life Siphon for the second pass, during the recharge of the other degens.
