Oh yeah, you can go Ele Prime instead if you prefer.
Edit:
Actually you can't, need the Monk runes to make it work.

This character can offer heavy anti-condition support to the party as well as providing Aegis or Heal Party as needed. Designed to avoid conflict rather than confront it, should be paired with an offensive runner. Each runner can be selected depending on the current needs of the match.

Re: Utility Monk Runner

Seems like extinguish would be a bit redundant if you're running martyr.

Also, you don't need that many points in air for only SDH. It is still quite effective with only a few points in air. Could redistribute some of those points into the monk attribs.
Just 5 in air will give you a 15 sec boost (18 sec with a 20% enchant mod). Since it's only a 10 sec recharge, this is plenty.

So do you think this could replace the ZB runner? Would we still have enough healing?

Martyr has a 10s recharge and extinguish could still be useful against heavy condition builds, especially those based on "On Fire" which is pretty popular it seems, not to mention it is always useful on our GH. Though if you wanted to swap something out that is probably a good first choice.

I don't know why I have that many points in air, probably just went with a 11 10 10 split when I made the original template and didn't think about it beyond that.

Didn't post as a replacement to ZB runner, we would have to change the 2 monks up front to work with this build if we used it.

I mainly just posted this because the original post was using {E}Healer's Boon which seemed to not get much positive feedback with the LoD Mimic build, so I wanted to post a Utility Monk build that was mainly based on long range party skills and {E}Martyr of course worked best with that.
