Protection Prayers: 9 (8+1)
- Dwayna's Kiss (Healing Prayers)
Heal target other ally for 60 points and an additional 35 points for each Enchantment or Hex on that ally.
Energy:5 Cast:1 Recharge:3
- Orison of Healing (Healing Prayers)
Heal target ally for 70 points.
Energy:5 Cast:1 Recharge:2
- Words of Comfort (Healing Prayers)
Target ally is healed for 60 Health and an additional 45 Health if that ally is suffering from a Condition.
Energy:5 Cast:1 Recharge:4
- Dismiss Condition (Protection Prayers)
Remove one Condition from target ally. If that ally is under the effects of an Enchantment, that ally is healed for 51 Health.
Energy:5 Cast:0.75 Recharge:3
- Infuse Health (Healing Prayers)
Lose half your current Health. Target other ally is healed for 136% of the amount you lost.
Energy:10 Cast:0.25 Recharge:0
- Holy Veil (Monk other)
While you maintain this Enchantment, any Hex cast on target ally takes twice as long to cast. When Holy Veil ends, one Hex is removed from target ally.

- Glyph of Lesser Energy (Elementalist other)
For 15 seconds, your next 2 Spells costs 15 less Energy to cast.

- Healer's Boon [Elite] (Divine Favor)
While you maintain this Enchantment, your next 25 Healing Prayers Spells cast 50% faster and heal for 50% more health.

I don't use Infuse often but with this gear it does a 599HP heal.
Note the secondary condition heals are also at 1.5 value, so Dwayna's can really get big if the target has multiple conditions or hexes.
Could try Divine Spirit as E-management instead, but the recharge on that is so nasty I don't like using it unless I have some way to deal with that like pairing it with Glyph of Renewal.
Also can switch out WoC or Dwayna's for Heal Party, but with our LoD runner that wasn't necessary.

I originally had GoLE on this build because I was using Heal Party. As it is, I think it may be better with Mesmer secondary and Ether Signet for Energy Management.
Doing this could also open the option for me to bring Arcane Mimicry and replace Infuse with Word if someone else in the party is running HB.

I don't monk a lot, so I might be missing something, but wouldn't you want Healing Touch in there to counter the hit from Infuse?

With HB running all my 5 energy spells are more powerful than Healing Touch. The 50% more to healing is a bigger bonus than 2x the Divine bonus, at least at 10 or 11 in divine.

By my calculations it should be about a 160 point self heal.

It would. Bringing Healing Touch wouldn't be a bad choice, but the only reason it is normally brought is for the extra healing power which is still less than what Orison or WoC will do with Healing Boon running. Infusion is not something I hope to have to cast much at all, and as it always requires that I follow it up with a 5 energy spell, it is really much more like bringing a 15 energy skill than a 10 energy skill.
The Touch limit of Healing Touch makes it only useful for a self heal. I have traded that limitation for Dwayna's Kiss which I can only use on other players. I hope to avoid the need to use Infusion if at all possible, spike teams of course will force my hand, but with HB running I am no worse off than any other Infusion monk as far as my self heals go, and Dwayna's is the best 5 energy heal under Healing Prayers IMO.
You could swap out Dwayna's for Healing Touch if you wanted to, but I'd recommend trying them both and seeing which you like better.
Also note that HB uses a pip of energy, so that makes using Infusion even more of an energy drain than normal.
Edit: I should note that I understand what you are saying about Healing Touch also benefiting from HB, I just don't think that skill is a necessity to this build like it normally is with Infusion and actually allowed me to bring Dwayna's in its place. Orison getting the +50 benefit is what makes that spell finally useful, and the recharge time on it opens up the rest of the options.

Nah, now that I look at it, Orison will give you 140 with HB running (and 11 devine), so that should suffice.
No sense switching out a useful skill for just another 20 points of healing.

Yeah I am pretty set for self healing with this build. I can cast Orison and WoC for self heals, and the 5s casting time on Healing Touch is actually quite a long time when you are under pressure.
I'd still like to Mimic HB off someone and run Word sometime though.
