Yeah, but then you'd probably want some sort of cheap cover enchant for HB.
Unless you used Holy Veil for that. But I can't imagine running a healing build with only 2 pips... yuk!

Why not? I see Bonders still in PvP. Mostly in Fort Aspenwood on both sides, hitting the NPC Architect or the Turtles... but still. emoticon

After looking at the Ether Signet, I realize I might be better off running Divine Spirit afterall. It would give me more energy back and has the same recharge, only drawback is that it could get disenchanted and the 10 energy requirement to cast. I'll have to try them out both and see which I like better. Needing that 10 energy to cast it always messes me up though, so for comfort sake I'll probably stick with the signet.

Yeah, but this isn't a bonder. Blessed Signet isn't worth it for only 2 enchantments.

I usually use divine spirit before a heavy battle and it makes things last a lot longer then again when you switch to your second energy set.

Also if the prot monk doubles up on condition removals adding mend condition to the build instead of extinguish you might get out of bringing condition removal especially if our melee is usually in form running Grenths....

A question on using Hb...

When you have used up the number of heals you get out of it, does it expire, or does it continue to drain a pip of regen for no further benefit until you manually cancel it?

It expires automatically.

That actually sounds good to me. It would allow me to either put more points in divine and further increase my healing, or really spread points out into a secondary attribute.

It would take your elite spot, but what about using Glyph of Renewal with Devine Spirit? (I think I saw a build for this somewhere on wiki)

This way you could keep Devine Spirit up almost all the time.

Plus, if you mimic HB off the runner, then you can have your cake and eat it too! emoticon

I've played around with the build some today and there are lots of options. Really comes down to what the other monks are running. Can go a lot of different ways and still be effective with Healer's Boon. I think I will swap out Infusion for Heal Other though. The 600HP heal is overkill in most cases and the added fast casting on Heal Other makes it a good alternative without having to lose health myself.

Though throwing around 600hp heals is a lot more fun emoticon
