Are you sure you want prot spirit in there with no points in prot?

Probably better to put Rez Chant in that spot. With HB up, you'll have a 3 sec hard rez.

I think a few points in Prot may be useful, take them out of Air.

Keith pretty much copied it from that runner build we faced the other week other than switching out Dismiss for Mending Touch.

The Fast Cast for Rez skills is a good point, but I am afraid this runner would be easily killed without Prot Spirit.

On the HBHP runner doesn't divine affect the duration of HB? Does 9 points in divine give enough duration to HB?

yes it does.
9 devine would be 37 seconds.
Since he will have that plus breeze, plus SDH, I definitely think a +20% enchant mod would be worthwhile.
