My Personal Dom Build
Aren't I productive? Posting a build on my first day.
I have been told this build is pretty potent. I have been using it for pretty much as long as I have been playing a Mesmer.

Split the rest in Inspiration / Domination
With this build, you can pretty much kill anyone you're going to face. You've got Backfire in there for Casters, doing >100 damage per cast (Note: Remember that, if you bring an interrupter, this is not going to be as potent and you may consider swapping it out). But, where you really shine is taking out melee:
Slap them with Empathy right away, then pile on / spread out Spiteful Spirit and Insidious Parasite. (Insidious Parasite tends to work better on Dervishes than Empathy.) If you have it, spam Necrosis on any target with a hex or condition. If you want to use this in PvP / don't have Necrosis, you can drop in Energy Burn for a quick jolt of damage. Otherwise, you can load Enfeeble in there to make sure that the melees are doing more damage to themselves than to you (try Insidious Parasite + Enfeeble hehe)
Now, I know what you're thinking: Don't you have trouble with E-management? That's where the final spell kicks in: Power Drain. Interrupt any spell you get the chance for >20 energy.
Bam!

Not bad.
Personally I'd really rather have more points in curses when using SS, but there's not much room to work with the attributes here.
I'd consider giving it a shot if I wasn't such a mediocre interrupter.

It looks interesting. Lately, I've been running my Mesmer as anything but a Mesmer, focusing purely on secondary proffession skills, but it would be nice to actualy be a Mesmer again.
