Thought another Glyph of Immolation would work in the build while also providing additional damage to Mesmer skills.
If this looks ok I will post it to the team build, if anyone wants to change the skills around or bring something else please post it.

Honestly, I think we first need to decide just what is the role of the Mesmer in the build.
If we are trying to shutdown a non-target monk, than I think going with more shutdown would be preferred over more damage.
Also, Mesmer may just be one of those things where it is best for the player to bring what they feel they can play the best. For instance, I love interupting. Andovar doesn't feel he's all that good at it. I wouldn't ask Andovar to play a build that has two interupts as key components in it, yet I would be more than happy to do so. Darken has another compelteyl different take on Mesmering, so he may have another way of doing it.
Personally for me, the most effective shutdown bar I ahve run with as a Mes was this:
Mantra of Recovery
Diversion
Shame
Power Drain
Power Block
The other 3 skills would be utility skills, like self-preservation stuff or party helpers like hex removal or enchantment removal.
Typically, I run with Drain Enchantment to further my E mgmt and Dark Escape and Feigned Neutrality.
A monk alternative, when a Res is needed would be Restful Breeze and Res Chant.
