Self Heal Dervish This is the build I was using the second have of the night of GvG on Saturday (3/31). It was kind of thrown together so the attribute points may be tweekable but I had to go with what I had in a hurry. Is this enough damage for us in GvG and does it help take some pressure off the monks?

Re: Self Heal Dervish I ran the Melandru monk with the basic build
described.
How much energy did you have Keegan,
I was running 44 with a plus 5 scythe.
The only real issue I had was when I was
out of form.
I only ran 15 on scythe though, I had both superior and major runes for the hood in inventory, but the extra health drop was just too much.
In addition I didn't carry the extra
minor wind rune.
I did create a +15 energy wand, just in case, but I never used it.

I believe this is the equipment, I will
have to review and edit this post if needed.
Re: Self Heal Dervish Maybe LEstalt just did a better job at staying alive
Seriously though Keegen, what would concern me about the build is this
"Blind on one"
-5 monk energy
"Blind on one"
-5 monk energy
"Blind on one"
-5 monk energy
"Blind on one"
-5 monk energy
"Blind on one"
-5 monk energy
"Blind on one"

Besides that, there is also the pathetically slow attack speed of a Derv... I don't know the easy answer to that one though, except to find a way for Holy Flame to get into the build.
One thing I was thinking about also was using Mending Touch on yourself. It would save our monks' energy and you are already a monk secondary.
I just don't know where they would fit into the build.
Re: Self Heal Dervish I noticed that you were using a PVE build during our GVG matches. I wonder if you have all of the necessary runes that Lestalt had. My guess is if you were running a PVP character you could switch some stuff up on your equipment and it would open up many options to the build.
