GWfreaks character builder tool
These guys have done a pretty amazing job with this tool.
It now has a complete database of weapons and armor built in, to be able to incorporate into your test builds.

Be careful with any of these. Not recommended that you ever have then running while Guild wars is running. I stopped using all the 3rd party programs all together because of the password Hacks that happened. Supposed to be safe to run as long as you dont have it up while you are logging in, but I have been avoiding them all together.

I never even thought of that, but good point Pyx.
Although I never run them while playing.
I usually use them to toy around with different build ideas while things are slow at work.
This one has been around on the boards for a while, and I haven't heard anything negative about it. So it 'seems' safe.
But still no reason to have it running while you're playing anyway.

True. It's always best to err on the side of caution.
I have an old computer that couldn't possibly run the game. I use things like this on that computer. I'm not going to log in to the game from that computer, so I don't see any way they could possibly get my login information. =)
