A very nasty Assassin A/W Frenzy Sin
Frenzy Sin
The Frenzy Sin is designed to dish out enormous amounts of damage and degen over a very short period of time, typically doing enough damage to kill an unhealed target before completing the attack chain, and a healed character not long after.
It is not designed for use without support from a good monk, as it is easily countered by typical melee counters, and has no inherent protection or survivability.
Frenzy can be switched out for Flurry, but it is not recommended to preserve the damage output. Siphon Speed can be switched out for Expose Defenses to avoid some of the typical melee counters, but it's much shorter duration may make energy management a concern.
The order of use of the skills is fairly straight-forward. First, hex your target with Siphon Speed, then activate Frenzy, hit them with Black Lotus Strike, knock them down with Horns of the Ox, poison them with Falling Spider and apply a deep wound and bleeding with Twisting Fangs. Use Flourish to recharge your attacks, and select your next victim.
In a non-Rez Sig enviroment (Aspenwood, AvA etc...) I would recommend bringing both Hexes for use as the situation merits.
Use Vampiric Daggers with this build for additional dmage and a smidgeon of self-heal. You'd be amazed at what a difference -3 health can make when you take into account the additional attack speed of Frenzy coupled with the double-strike capability of the 'sin.

- Flurry (Warrior other)
For 5 seconds, your attack rate is increased by 33%, but you deal 25% less damage.

- Black Lotus Strike (Critical Strikes)
Must strike a Hexed foe. If it hits, Black Lotus Strike strikes for +28 damage and you gain 18 Energy.

- Horns of the Ox (Dagger Mastery)
Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, Horns of the Ox strikes for +27 damage. If struck foe is not adjacent to any allies, that foe is knocked down.

- Falling Spider (Dagger Mastery)
Must strike a knocked-down foe. If it hits, Falling Spider strikes for +31 damage and target foe is Poisoned for 17 seconds.
Energy:5 Cast:0 Recharge:8
- Twisting Fangs (Critical Strikes)
Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, Twisting Fangs strikes for +19 damage and struck foe suffers from Bleeding and Deep Wound for 18 seconds.
Energy:10 Cast:0 Recharge:15
- Siphon Speed (Deadly Arts)
For 11 seconds, target foe moves 33% slower and you move 33% faster. This spell has half the normal range.

- Flourish [Elite] (Strength)
All of your attack skills become recharged. You gain 1..6 Energy for each skill recharged by Flourish.

- Resurrection Signet ()
Resurrect target party member. That party member is returned to life with 100% Health and 25% Energy. You may use this Signet only once per mission.

Alternative configuration
- Frenzy (Warrior other)
For 8 seconds, you attack 33% faster but take double damage.
Energy:5 Cast:0 Recharge:4
- Expose Defenses (Deadly Arts)
For 7 seconds, target foe cannot "block" or "evade" your attacks.
Energy:10 Cast:1 Recharge:10
