Shadow Step to target foe. For 8 seconds, that foe moves 66% slower.
Energy:10 Cast:0.25 Recharge:20
- Flurry (Warrior other)
For 5 seconds, your attack rate is increased by 33%, but you deal 25% less damage.
Energy:5 Cast:0 Recharge:5
- Black Spider Strike (Dagger Mastery)
Must strike a Hexed foe. If it hits, this attack strikes for +17 damage and target foe is Poisoned for 17 seconds.
Energy:5 Cast:0 Recharge:12
- Twisting Fangs (Critical Strikes)
Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, Twisting Fangs strikes for +19 damage and struck foe suffers from Bleeding and Deep Wound for 18 seconds.
Energy:10 Cast:0 Recharge:15
- Black Lotus Strike (Critical Strikes)
Must strike a Hexed foe. If it hits, Black Lotus Strike strikes for +28 damage and you gain 18 Energy.

- Blades of Steel (Dagger Mastery)
Must follow an off-hand attack. If it hits, this attack strikes for +14 damage (maximum bonus 60) for each recharging dagger attack.

For 15 seconds, target foe cannot block your attacks.

- Shadow Refuge (Shadow Arts)
For 4 seconds, you gain 8 Health regeneration. When Shadow Refuge ends, you gain 56 Health if you are attacking.

Basically designed to hammer a single NPC into the ground, leaving enough degen active to run away if need be and still leave the target dead after you're safely away.
Use the skills in order. Use Expose Defenses vs. human players that may be using blocking stances or enchantment.
Works best when coupled with Vamp Daggers. Also bring along a set of Zealous for when DP makes energy a concern, and anotehr set that is +5 energy all the time.
The basic Inscriptions should be 15>50 except for the energy set.

This should work really well with the hex-heavy mesmer build too. Will have plenty of hexed targets available.
...well, at least when you're not off ganking NPC's.

This is what Peleus and I have been running when on the gank team. It's quite effective, even solo.
I just wish for a 9th skill I could fit in Dark Escape.

Dark Escape would definitely be nice, but in most cases there is enough damage being inflicted that the NPCs are dead and you can escape through normal means.
