Assassin Build for Bison Cup
I got to the last match and lost. Near as I can tell though I just needed to change out one skill. It should work for those that like to play with knives. 
Build:
16 Critical Strikes
13 Dagger Mastery
4 Shadow Arts
Skills:
Locust's Fury (Elite)
Critical Eye
Critical Agility
Jagged Strike
Golden Fang Strike
Blinding Powder
Shadow's Refuge
Critical Defenses
I didn't combo that often. Important thing is making sure Critical Eye and Locust's Fury is up. With it you'll be double striking well... about every time, I noticed it at being roughly 90%, and getting criticals about every 3 strike, more than enough to keep Agility and Defenses up.
The big problem was the Norn at the end. Irrestitable blow, which is why I've switched in Blinding Powder, rather than Viper's Defense like I had originally.
