Re: March 2009 I still play WAR! Grothar got really busy and couldn't play and I felt like giving NWN 2 a shot (when I first played through it, I was not very enchanted with it). It's kind of really awesome
Just dealt with a complete HD failure on both my main and backup drives on my desktop (at the same time!). The desktop HD is completely fried and the backup was somewhat salvageable with the help of a buddy who has access to some expensive tech. Just got back up and running this week.
There is a new Rick's rule in my rulebook now: Thou shalt never buy Seagate!
Since all my games are toast I will be restarting Fallout 3 and Stalker: Clear Sky this weekend.
I suppose if there is a positive to this it would be that I now have ridiculous amounts of storage on various media... 3 TB of space on 3 drives, one working drive, one backup, and one in an ESATA housing.
Re: March 2009 I know that pain all too well. My secondary drive crashed. Still trying to decide if paying a large sum of money is worth recovering the crap I had on it. (personal crap but still, MINE!! )
