not bad, but it looks to me like it needs to cook down a little more.
I like to let it simmer for several hours until the meat really falls apart, then throw in the beans and any diced peppers/onions during the last hour (otherwise they turn to mush)
Re: Chili I had a bowl for lunch, and then thought I'd try another bowl to make sure I liked it, and just ate another bowl because I was putting it up in the fridge and it looked good.

HAHAHA! Bloated from beer and then down a big bowl of chili. You may need to call the Gas Company and warn them of the potential of a major gas explosion!

Re: Chili Don't know if I will ever try that recipe Andovar, I'm more into making something as fast as I can with least prep time. Sad really, but true.
Anyhow I basically do this for chili now:
1 lb. ground turkey browned with garlic salt and pepper
2 cans rotel tomatoes + chilies
1 Salsa (whatever I grab)
1. Chili seasoning pack (whatever I grab)
Boil then Simmer 4 hours
Add
1 or 2 cans Ranch style beans (undrained)
1 small onion chopped
1 Green Pepper chopped
Simmer 1 more hour
So between using a seasoning pack and turkey, I'd probably get shot for even calling this Chili in some places :P
Anyhow, it comes out tasting good to me and easy to make.
I'm doing the Southbeach diet with my wife and this is allowed in phase 2. Of course eating 5 bowls a day isn't on that diet plan, but I use a modified version since I am in the north and nowhere near a beach.

Sounds like how I diet!
