Swords with alignments?
So I looted a long sword +2 in the graveyard, but when I try to equip it, anyone who tries to use it takes 15 pts of magical dmg. Then in Valejo castle I got another long sword, and this one does 5 pts of magic dmg to anyone who tries to equip it. My fighters are NG/NG/CG. Then I have a CLE and 2 MU's. They are unstoppable.

some items you find in the game are cursed. Usually in the gold box series you can't unequip a cursed item without first removing the curse by spell or by way of temple. Not sure if thats true with the swords you found but usually thats the case. It adds to the fun. heheh

Yes sir, u picked up and equipped the 2 cursed items in the game. They slurp to get off too.
