to keep in touch Hi Joe and Jessy-
Just a quick e-mail to let you know I am ok and busy with working at the library. Hope all is good with both of you. Getting up at 4:30 am to go to work is getting easier-must be getting used to it.
Due to the distance that I drive to attend meetings at my current TOPS chapter and with winter weather soon coming, I am going to transfer to an Indianola chapter where I now live. The meeting place is only about six blocks from my apartment. I visited this chapter last evening, and found the group to be friendly. I will miss the Ankeny chapter that I have belonged to for 17 years-plan to visit them when I come. I need the discipline of weighing in each week, and the support of a TOPS chapter to maintain my lost weight.
Know both of you are busy. Willl keep in touch.

Re: to keep in touch That is awesome that they have a chapter by you. I wonder if they have one by me? Do you know? How is the move? How is the weather. WOW 4:30 in the am that is crazy. =) The baby is good and so is my daughter. Just been so crazy here. I apologtize for the delayed responses. Talk to you soon - I promise =)
Re: to keep in touch Hi Joe and Jessey-
Hope all is good with both of you. Know both of you are very busy.
Joe: Hope Anthony and you are doing good with school. Is Anthony excited about Halloween and going trick or treating? What is he going to dressup as? That is always a fun time.
Jessey: Thank you for your e-mail. Know you are very busy with your family. Is your little girl going to go trick or treating? What is she going to dress up as? That is such a fun time. There are TOPS chapters all over the world as TOPS is an international organization. If you would please let me know what town you live in, I will find out and let you know is there is a chapter in your area. I think you live in Florida. Congratulations on losing the weight you have lost that is terrific. Know it is not easy.
I will keep in touch.
