Happy New Year Hi Joe and Jessy-
First of all. I want to whsh both of you a Very Happy and Healthy New Year. Hope all is good with both of you. My TOPS chapter had a regular weighin and meeting on New New Year's day. Happy to report that I stayed the same weight as last week putting me 6 3/4 pounds under my weight goal, which I am happy about. The Holidays are a stressful time of year to lose or maintain one's weight.
Joe: Hope that you are feeling better, and that the MRI pinpointed the pain you were having. Sure hope that your car is now running good. Seems like there is always something to attend to. I know from my youngest daughter being a single parent is not easy. She is working two jobs and still can hardly make ends meet. Jessy:Hope your move went good. Iowa friendLiz
Re: Happy New Year Liz they didn't find anything on the MRI however I go in this week for a consult with a rehab doctor. I don't know what they are going to do but I just want to get somewhere so I can start doing upper body work outs again. I haven't done anything serious in at least a year or two in regards to upper body work outs.
My car is running much better, it has a new radiator and new connectors and I got the throttle relay sensor fixed.
I am trying to lose weight now for the cruise in March. Well okay not just for the cruise but I don't want to have to go up to a size 14 in anything or an x large unless it is a t shirt because no matter what they shrink when you wash them a couple of times.

Re: Happy New Year Hi Joe and Jessy-
Hope all is good with both of you. Joe: Thank you for your last e-mail. When you consult, hope you can find out exactly what you need to do for your shoulder. Glad you got your auto in good shape-almost like a new
one with all of the work done on it. WOW!! lucky you to be going on a cruise in March. Will be warm weather and fun. Nice for you to get away from this yucky Midwest winter weather. How is Anthony doing? He is a busy boy with his school and activities.
Jessy: Know you are budy with your family. Antony must really be getting big by now. What grade in school is your daughter in this year? Hope you like where you moved to? My husband and I are still sorting out stuff. We still have boxes to go through. Not a fun job.
I have been busy at the library where I work. Time goes by so quickly. I still go to my TOPS meetings, and I doing ok with my weight. My weekly TOPS meetings helps me accountable, which I need.
Again, wishing you both a Happy Healthy New Year.
