to keep in touch Hi Joe and jessy-
Hope all is good with both of you. What a winter central Iowa has had-I know all across the country has had awful weather. My TOPS chapter did not have a weighin or meeting last week due to bitter cold weather. When the public schools are closed due to bad weather, no TOPS meeting. A good policy, I think. Both Russ, my husband, and I are still working, for how long I do not know. Getting up at 4:30 am each workday can be difficult. Then with how the economy is: who knows. Joe: Going on a cruise is so exciting for you, and know you will have a goood time. How is Anthony doing? Jessy: As always, know you are busy with your family. Antony must really be big by now. Hope you are settled after your move. Are you still located in Florida?
I will e-mail more later. Take care.

Re: to keep in touch Liz I am pleased to tell you that I was awarded sole custody of my son this week, What a major weight being lifted that is.
Anthony is doing so well. He is just one head shorter than me now. We also are changing his hair care routine he has dandruff really bad so I am starting with Head and Shoulders first to see if that will fix it.
I have been in therapy now for two weeks and just when I thought I was getting somewhere I had a set back today. I don't know what I did but for some reason I woke up from a nap this morning and my whole right arm hurts like it used to. Except my wrist hurts now too.
I am doing ok with my weight I am maintaning my weight better by cracking down and eating healthier and when I slip I go to the Sparkpeople nutrition tracker and rework my eating plans for the day.
I have found out it really does help to have a plan as much as possible when eating healthier too. If you have a plan then you are setting yourself up for success. I am all about success at this point.
I wish you would have gotten to go to your meeting I know how much you enjoy going to those. However it isn't worth going if you have to freeze on the way there. We of course didn't have any closings here. Well as far as school goes the only time they close school here is in case of severe ice or severe snow fall.

Re: to keep in touch Hi Joe and Jessy-
Hope you are both doing good. Joe: Thank you so much for your e-mail. Congratulations on gaining sole custody of your son. So happy for you and Anthony.
Sure hope your shoulder, arm and wrist are better. Could have the pain have been the way you slept on that side of your body? Seems like there is always something. So happy you are doing good with your weight. Last Thursday evening, I weighed in at the bottom of my KOPS leeway. Like you, I am trying to eat healthy, and I am exercising more now which is good for me. Takes me effort only so worthwhile. My husband is cooking a beef stew with all kinds of vegetables today. Really smells good and is healthy. He likes to cook. Jessy: Know you are busy with your family. Did you move far from where you had lived? Is very cold here today. Lucky you to be in Florida.
Hugs to both of you. Iowa friend Liz
Re: to keep in touch Sorry guys for the delay. My system was acting crazy. And I also had a blond moment. I am doing ok. I am just trying to figure out how to bring more money into the home and how to loose this weight. So times have been a bit depressing lately and very stressful. I fear that this economy is going to be the death of me. Well maybe not the death of me, but defiantly a nervous breakdown. Things have been so hectic and crazy. I need to be able to work from home. At the time of my life there is no way around it for many reasons. I am working currently from home steady for an inbound call center. But the customers are really begining to wear on me. You can only take so much abuse. I love customer service, but being on the phone like this company is requiring of me is becoming to really take a toll. I really need to find work that does not require phone or very little phone. It is very hard with the kids to do this. Trying to keep an 8 mnth old quite, who is very attached to mommy ios very hard. So basically it is like 2 jobs at once, 2 very stresful ones. Antony is not sleeping very well lately and this is taking a major toll on me and my husband with us both working. I was working over night when the kids slept which did make work easy but very hard for me and sleep. I was lucky to get 3 hours total - not steady - sleep. THen last week they just changed my hours to night but starting at 7 pm est. My end time is great but my start time with my husband schedule is not going to work. I tried and there is no way. But I can not afford to cut any hours away. So I have no clue what I am going to do. I really cannot make ends meet right now on what I am making. So as you guys can tell life has def been hectic over hear.
Enough about me for now. I am glad to see both of you are doing well with your weight. I am sorry to hear about your arm Joe. That is so exciting to hear that you gained sole custody. That is great news. To answer your question Liz we only moved across town from where we lived. The weather has been up and down. Which is worse. Always getting sick because of it - I do not care what a Doctor says. When you go from 80 outside to bam 33 degrees you are going to get sick. I do have to say it is better than the weather I am sure both of you are having. I do wish we had season change though. Me & my husband both miss that.
I will have to talk to you guys later Take care and keep up the great work with the weight and please send me some ideas of what I can do - especially to loose the extra around the waiste from the prego belly.
