Hope all is well with both of you. I am doing ok with my weight. The trip to Denmark and Germany is coming up fast. I am still apprenhensive about the whole thing only know will be an interesting experience. Know both of you are busy. I have been super busy at the library where I work. Time goes by so fast. I will e-mail again before trip.
