Just a short e-mail to let you know I am well and doing ok with my weight. Getting ready to go on the trip with the Grand View University choir of which my grandaughter is a member. Going with my grandaughter and daughter will be a special memory for me. We are going to stay in two Danish homes, and two German home. The rest of the nights will be spent in hotels.
Have a wonderful cruise, Joe. And hope things are going better for you Jessy. Know you are one busy girl. I will keep in touch.

I won't be going on the trip my health has had other plans for me. I have to go in for another ultrasound tomorrow and an nerve conduction test tomorrow as well. Ah well it wasn't in the cards and really I am ok with that. I don't want surgery but it may end up being a mixed blessing.
Will write more later.

Got back from my trip to Denmark and Germany. Was the trip of a lifetime for me. I am now back working at the medical library-still some what tired but doing ok. I gained one pound on my trip.
Joe: so sorry you did not get to go on your trip because of health problems. Sure hope all work out good for you, and that you will not need surgery. How is Anthony doing? He is a busy boy.
Jessy: Hope all is going well with you. And hope that your employment situation is better. Know you are busy with your family, and with working, can put a strain on things.

Jessy: Thank you for your e-mail. May was a birthday month in your family. Know you are busy with your family. Does not seem possible that Antony is a year old already. Congratulations on losing so much weight last year. So happy for you. I am doing ok with my weight. Still go to my TOPS meetings.
Joe: Hope Anthony and you are well. If you did have to have surgery, hope all went good.
Life is busy. I am still working at the medical library, and time goes by fast.

Re: from Iowa Yes May is a big month. We go into debt for months after I swear LOL!!! I am glad to hear you are still going to the Tops Meeting and the library is doing well for you. Thank you on the support with the weight. I really need to kick it into high gear with this last 20. I Know that I would feel so much better if I loose it atleast 10 of it. You know how it is the last 10 are the hardest it seems. I am just glad to be back in my regular clothes, well most of them LOL!!
Joe: I hope you are doing well and so is Anthony. What have you been doing this summer so far?
