Angela's Progress journal I started a new diet today after seeing my doctor yesterday. He put me on a low fat low cholestrol 1200 calorie diet. I'm starting my journal here to mark my progress in doing my food exchanges. Also the doctor has ordered occupational and physical theraphy........YEEEEAAAAAAAAHHH excercise.
I'm putting this journal here to mark my progress and to get encouragement from others. I will mark my progress as I get started in my therapy session including weight inches lost and so on
Good for you on starting your journal. I know that you will be successful. And remember you are worth the fight, you are worth the tears, and you are worth the joy. You deserve health and happiness.

1 cup baked french fries 1 bread
1 cup spaghetti 1 bread 1 vegetable

I didn't eat a lot because I couldn't think of what to eat. It was a mild day for Michigan. I'm hoping to get more done in the coming week with my excercise appointments and what not.
I've done a lot better with drinking water. I also went for a stroll down to the river. I took my time and worked up a good sweat the round trip took me about a half hour. I also got the extra bedroom cleaned up and organized!
1 unfrosted poptart 1 bread
1 cup spaghetti 1 bread 1 meat 1 fat 1 vegetable
2 slices of toast
Water intake 48 ounces.
I didn't do a whole lot just prepare for my occupational therapy session the following day. I did a bit of excercising on my own. Went for a lovely stroll down to the river. Really worked up a good sweat.
1 pop tart 1 bread
2 cups chili cheese fries 2 bread 2 fat 2 meat
Water intake 64 ounces
Woke up with no power. It went off shortly before 10 a.m. and was restored sometime after 6 p.m. I went to my occupational therapy appointment. It went fairly well. I got some at home excercises to do as well as a thera band to work with. I go back again on Thursday. With no power it was hard to maintain my diet without opening fridge nor freezer, but I didn't pig out.
