I went to occ again today boy did I work out! It felt good to get a good sweat going. I did 10 minutes on the arm bike and some bicept curls in addition to some other excercises. It was a lot of fun (but don't tell them that) I ate a little more today but only when I was genuinely hungry. I'm not too sore from doing the occ but I imagine I will be tomorrow.
