Rachel's Journal.. Hi there guys...
Yeah it's me Rachel. I have changed my name from the msn group to rebafan2001. I can't wait to see who all is here at this group. Joe you do a great job keep up the great work..
Re: Rachel's Journal.. I thought I did a lot better then I did this past week. I had two days that I walked over 13000 steps still was short of my goal.. Man! that's okay this is a new week. A weigh in week Hopefully I have everything in check and it will be a good weight in. This week I walked 9179.14 steps and worked out 2 days really good the rest of the week did medtation which isn't to bad.. So I worked out a total of 130 minutes not bad. I'm going to work out more. Hopefully the weather will let me get my bike out soon so I can start riding it.
Re: Rachel's Journal.. Thanks for that.. I really needed it.. I weighed in last night. I have lost 1 pound in 2 weeks. Which isn't great but it's better then what it was 2 weeks ago and I had gained 4 pounds. I didn't make my goal for the last 6 weeks. I have a new goal which is to be at least 140 to 135 by May 8th when I go back to school. I know with hard work I can do this.
Re: Rachel's Journal.. This week i walked 41245 steps didn't make my goal but that's okay. I did go walking yesterday morning around the mall with some friends of mine it's was fun. This week I worked out 165 minutes not bad. I need to cut back on the sweets we have Easter candy around the house right now and it's just driving me to eat so much of it. I will say that for lunch I have a bowl of salad. Which is good for me. I know.. Next weekend I will be out of town for Friday and Saturday should get a lot of walking in. I'm excited.
Re: Rachel's Journal.. Well another week has come and gone. I went on a trip this weekend. Did really good. I didn't over eat at all which is great for me. This past week I wanted 48483 steps I thought I did more then that but that's okay. Worked out 525 minutes this week wow that's a lot there. Mostly medation but that's working for me. I weigh in tomorrow. I'm scared just a little to see what happens.

Re: Rachel's Journal.. I just weighed in the last two weeks I have lost 5 pound I didn't think I worked that hard on it. I'm very happy with that. I hope I can keep working on it.
