What a week for me.. I didn't get a lot of walking in this week. I did yesterday but I didn't keep track because it was a important day for me. I don't want to bring church into this but all I say is that I went throught the LDS temple yesterday for the first time. I'm very intune with the spirit and love the gosple it was time for me. I believe it doesn't matter what church go to as long as you believe in God we are all good people. Okay that's all I'm saying about it.
Here's my walking log for the week: I walked 46293 steps this week and worked out 75 minutes. I need to do more working out. I'm trying.. I weigh in this week. Oh I hope I did good.
Last week I tried to post my walking here and couldn't get the website to work so here's last weeks too..
I walked 62234 steps and worked out 80 minutes.

the last two weeks I haven't done to well I gained 3 points.. I thought I was doing so good. I will get back on track I have to..
It drives me crazy my weight going up and down up and down. One weigh in I have lost weight the next I have gained. What in the world am I doing wrong. Help me please.

I have change the subject of my weekly walking logs to weekly update, because this past week I started something new.. Writing down what I eat. I'm going to post it here maybe if I do that you all can tell me what I need to do different. I have tried but I need help.

Walking this week I didn't quit make my goal but was very close I wanted a total of 54532 steps and worked out 90 minutes not bad.. I did get my bike out yesterday I haven't rode it yet but I'm going to try to get on this week. I'm going to my Tae Kwon Do class tomorrow little exercise there. I'm excited.

Here's my weekly update... this weekend I started riding my bike.
Rode 4 miles. Very happy with that.. Not happy with my walking I was
really short on my walking this week 49336 steps with 175 minutes
work out. I even when to Tae Kwon Do.. Very happy with that.

Re: Rachel's Journal.. Very Good job on cutting back on the soda. I also noticed your making better choices food wise. Keep up the good work, even if you don't lose weight you will lose something far more valuable than weight , you will lose increased chances of getting weight related complications later in life.

Hi there guys..
The time has come to weigh myself in. And I have lost 4 pounds in the last two weeks. I can't believe. Very happy with that.. It's so crazy what happens in two weeks. I'm working very hard this summer to lose the fat rolls that I have. I believe with hard work I can do this.

Well I don't know what happen this week but I was so short on my walking goal this week. 4591.28 steps this week at 110 minutes working out. I know I can do better.
