Here's my weekly update. What a difference a week makes. I made my goal for walking and then some. I'm so happy about that. I walked 44339 steps this week and worked out 315 minutes. Even the last two nights rode my bike 4 miles both nights. Very excited about it. And even while at school I have a water bottle with me.

Dinner: taco (should have never had it. It was just deep fat fried and my tummy didn’t like it)

I have gained 1 pound in the last two weeks.. I'm a little disappointed with that but I realize that it's okay I can still work harder and hopefully lose weight in the next two weeks. I did realize that I have made my goal that I set about 6 weeks ago. And that was to be at least 140-135 by the time I went back to school. Tonight I'm at 138.

walking 6704.6 steps and I worked out 285 minutes and rode my bike 3
days of the weeks for 8 miles each. Love my bike.. :dance:

Oh bad news.. This weeks weigh in. I gained 6 pounds. I thought I was doing really good. But I won't let that get me down. I'll just work harder in the next two weeks.

And I just realized that I totally do key number2. I eat when I'm
bored, happy or sad. It's a confort for me. That's my big problem. I

Hi there guys..
I just have to share this with all of you.. I still live at home with my parents and my brother. Which is a good thing I'm a poor college student. Anyway... I got home from work today and changed my shirt into a shirt that for a long time was to small and didn't look good on me. I didn't get ride of it cause I had a feeling I would be able to wear it again and it would look good on me. Well, that day has come. I put it on and it fits like it should. I walk into my mom's room and showed her. And she said, "wow you have lost weight in your arms and your beast area that's great. By the way you are losing you roll.." It totally suprized me because I haven't noticed losing weight in my arms, beast or stomack. It made me feel good that she's noticed. If you know what I mean. I just had to share that with you all.

Hi there guys..
I'm sorry that I haven't posted in a while. Just been crazy around my house. To the point I haven't felt like myself. But I think things will start to get better. While I hope they do..
My mom had surgery today on her thinroy (sorry can't spell) and she's doing good. I have been so worried about that. That I really haven't been taking care of myself like I should. I havent had breakfast for the last week now. And I have been drink more pop then I normally do and been eating more sweets then I really need to.. Hopefully with mom's surgery out of the way so to speak. I can start getting back into caring for myself like I should. To top everything off it's hot and I don't eat when it's hot because it makes me sick.
Anyway.. That's the little update on me. I hope to have a full one on Sunday.
Re: Rachel's Journal.. I guess my big problem right now is the fact that I'm so hard on myself, because when I was in high school I lost a lot of weight and even for a few years kept it off. Felt great. I graduated 5 years ago this year and ever since then the weight has came back. I'm not at 175 like I was in middle school and high school but it was so easy I think to lose the weight. I want to be that person again. I have a dress in my closet that I haven't worn in like 5 years I think I worn the dress a few times. I want to get back in that dress. I'm a size 16-18 and want to be 10-12. How hard should it be to drop 4-6 dress size. It's pretty hard. Why I don't know? It doesn't help that I'm stressed out over my mom having another surgery on August 11th, school and money.
