New glass spoon

Hey guys, haven't been here for a while, just thought I'd give an update. I've been mostly working on my glassblowing and praying that one day I'll be up there turning out sick **** like Dew. Anyway, here's one of the better spoons to come out here lately, just showing off some Image

nice one dude. looks like you got the hang of it. the one thing i'll say though, when you are attaching your fillagrees, or any cane/marble for that matter, make sure its pretty molten on the end and make sure the piece your attaching it to is really hot too. then when you attach it, simply mash it on there and pull out a little at the same time. giving a puff into the pipe while doing this helps too. it looks like right now i could tap that fillagree and it would fall off like a cold seal punty would. other than that though, rock on! hope to see more updates.

i'll try and post up some new glass soon too. been meaning to take some pics lately. i've finally upgraded my torch to a gtt phantom so i'm pretty excited about the possibilities now.

Good ****, dew! I'd love to get my hands on a phantom. Right now I'm using oxy/acet. and it sucks so hard. That filligre was rippin hot when I attached it and the bowl was too. once it had come out of the kiln I whacked it on the table right on the bend of the cane and it seems solid, just doesnt look like it.

Ive been mentalizing to go donate blood for the past months. Still havent cuz i dont like needles.

When i did blood analysis i just felt like i had a huge hole on my arm, no dizzyness or blacking out.
